This locally-owned Mexican restaurant doubles as a night club, which explains the vast open space between the bar and the tables. The menu has all the classic dished, including chicken fajitas that we really enjoyed. Prices are a bit steep, but the portions are generous. La Roca, both the restaurant and the night club, seems to appeal to a 30-something afterwork crowd. An evening meal set us back 40$ per person including a shared entree as well as a glass of wine or a beer each.

Great place for lunch and dinner. My favorite Mexican restaurant. Try the Mexican mule if you are a tequila fan.

Fun restaurant located in downtown Winnipeg. Great atmosphere, La Roca is a Mexican themed restaurant with great appetizers and drinks.
