Learn to build a "Farley Boat". You can schedule your stay around building your own real boat. If you are not ready to build a boat, you can always drop by, talk to the boat builders and lend a hand. This is a must see spot for those that appreciate good old wood working.

The first Farley boat was produced in 1915 especially for Port Aransas tarpon fishing. The Farley Boat Works has been restored and now is a living museum with a functional boat building shop.
