Decent sized shopping mall and never too busy. Heart of Downtown Manhattan. A nice mix of clothing stores, vendors, food, and shops. Go anytime of the day and stop by Mrs. Powell's for the BEST cinnamon rolls you will ever have!

Great movie theater. Lots of shopping and eatery places. Saturday morning is farmers market with lots of fresh items.
