The Makry Gialos area features Kalamokania beach, an unserviced beach with fine pebbles and tamarisk trees, as well as the Diaskari and Lagada beaches. Also, the impressive Ammoudi beach (Spilia tou Drakou), endowed with blue water and fine, smooth white rocks; Kalo Nero, a sensational beach with large rocks and tiny coves.
