New modern coffee shop you can walk to from the Sweet Spot. At night they serve beer & wine. They have sandwiches too, and baked goods. Walkable.

A charming local coffee spot, with excellent coffee and espresso drinks. They specialize in a variety of local roasters. Also on hand are breakfast "toasties" - small toasted sandwiches (also available gluten free).
