My go to favorite is the "Rio Grande combination plate" with 5 items, Chile Colorado, tamale, enchilada, Chile relleno and a taco. Big enough to satisfy hunger, with huge leftovers the next day. Also, the ceviche tacos are delicious too. The stuffed sopapillas with shredded chicken and shredded beef with green chile are a must. At the end of every meal, FREE warm sopapillas are offered, Dont forget to Save room for the cinnamon-sugar sopapilla.
