I think that Tutul Xiu restaurant has the best mayan food in the world. Too popular (long waiting time), but it's worth it. Exquisite ancestral food that was eaten 500 years ago. Maní, Yucatán // El mejor restaurant para comer comida yucateca. Las tortillas y la comida lo preparan de la misma forma que sus ancestros mayas. El pueblito tiene mucha historia, fue aquí donde los Conquistadores cometieron el peor crimen hacia los Mayas. El restauran contiene fragmentos de la historia. Si pides toda tu orden en maya te dan mejor precio pero no te preocupes el lugar es muy económico.
