Melios requires reservations. They have a fantastic sunset view and the Eggplant Parmesan and Lasagna are both great. Its quirky and very local. I highly recommend.

Good Italian restaurant, great views, and don't miss the desserts--they change daily and are lovingly made by one of the owners.
