Beautiful new building with multiple floors including a rooftop patio with views across the river to Portland. Use for computer access or wifi if needed. Coffee shop located inside the building.

Vancouver's new central library opened in 2011. A truly stunning building. If you visit, you MUST check out the views of Vancouver and into Portland from the 5th floor terraces.
