Whitewashed brick dining room for an innovative and seasonal Modern British selection.
Recently awarded Michelin star about 20 minutes walk from the front door. It’s great
Rewarded with a Michelin star in the guide 2019. Good food in an unassuming surrounding. Booking recommended.

High quality cuisine at very reasonable prices. Why not go for the 8 or 9 course tasting menu, and what a bargain at that price!
“Independent restaurant with seasonal Italian cooking, superb wines, cured meats and artisan cheeses. Amazing pasta! Very, very popular with locals and visitors alike.”
“Fine quality, local and seasonal produce at very reasonable prices! Top notch quality food and wine only a hop skip and a jump away!”
“Amazing tapas which has locals flocking from all over Bristol. Intimate and cosy, with superb selection of wines and sherries and knowledgeable staff. Gets busy during peak hours but there is a row of seats in the window that are reserved for walk-ins. Not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs due to lack of space.”
“This 'hidden' cocktail bar may take some finding but it's definitely worth the effort (look for the flag and door handle in the shape of an antique musket). They do interesting cocktails presented amazingly but all the classics too. It gets pretty busy after 9pm at weekends so have a couple of cocktails before dinner to avoid the crush. ”
