I will make a BOLD endorsement of this shop. If you are from out of town, you may have heard of Voodoo Doughnuts or Salt-N-Straw ---- both should be on your dessert foodie list.... but if you only have 1 dessert while in town, check out this best-kept secret ---- Small Batch, scratch-made Ice Cream, cookies, and pies. The apple hand pie is amazing. This place is amazing!!!! closed Sundays :(

BENCHMARK recommendation. Nobody, anywhere, uses the quality ingredients that this lady does. And she's a perfectionist, which means it always looks right and tastes mind-blowing. Cookies, ice creams, cupcakes- depends on the season. Summertime it's just the most amazing ice cream, due to its got-more-cream-than-anybody else philosophy. (I think it's pushing 18-20%). Do yourself an indulgence and Do. This. Thing.
