We frequent Toppers during the day or in the evening. Happy Hour 1PM-7PM. It's located in Simpson Bay on the right side of the road past the bridge. Very casual. Hang-out for locals and tourists. Try Toppers rum.

Topper's is one of the tourist favorites. The owner won a lot of prices for his rum products and the restaurant offers good food in a very nice environment. If you have been here before pls note that Topper's is now located in the former Carousel building.
