I LOVE this favorite local watering hole. This is the kind of place you can sit on the bar stool and meet someone new who lives in the neighborhood or is just passing through. Or chat with the bartender (often the owner) about travel, the game, beer, .... The picture that shows up on the image is the before shot (I don’t know how to remove it). It has since been remodeled (check out the other pictures). Bring your own food, order-in, or munch on the bowl of FREE bottomless popcorn. They also sell a decent Charcuterie plate. They have two screens playing sports games if you are into that, but easily ignored if you are not. Board games, card games, brain teasers, and the biggest Jenga blocks you’ve ever seen (must play at least once) is scattered around the bar. Wednesday are 1/2 price wine. Thursday $5 tap. They stay open late.
