Neighborhood corner store and deli with good prices. Peter and his family are super friendly. The do coffee, bagels, sandwiches -- the basics. They also sell liquor, milk, bread, toiletries, etc.

Great coffee, great sandwiches and a cute outdoor parklet for seating and eating. Peter, Joe and their family will gladly set you up with a snack, great coffee and that breakfast sandwich on a croissant.
