Nice pub in ouderkerk- recommend the very picture-esque 30 minute bike ride along the river to here, or take a boat. Nice food sat outside overlooking the pretty bridge. If you cycle on this side of the river look out for a simple kids playground on your left around half way, just by the (tiny) ferry crossing if you need a stop off.

It is a few steps from where you live and could easily become your second livingroom. In the summer it's the perfect place to drink a glass of wine or beer and to enjoy the view on the river. The size of the restaurant is average, but once you enter you it feel's like a large but cozy livingroom with a hearth...
