Winnie's has been a local favorite for as long as I can remember, and can be crowded. Personally, I think it's basically a cute and quirky dive bar and burger joint that's off the beaten path.

I love Winnie’s! There’s nothing fancy about the building, but the staff is super friendly and the burgers are great. Plus they have the coldest Miller Lite in town. Winnie’s serves the Impossible Burger and has vegan-friendly options!

Whereas Island Burgers & Bites is an old school grill for n a gas station, Winnie’s is a little more upscale (without being upscale). This is the gourmand’s burger joint with a variety of low country sides. About a mile from The Satelite Lounge and 2-3 miles from the historic district.
