Really lovely place to hang out with kids and the cafe there serves locally sourced delicious food. Play area and farm area to enjoy as well.
The city farm has goats, sheep, pigs, chickens and calves, a great place to bring small people. The cafe is one of my favourite places to eat. Consistently excellent, locally sourced and organic grub.
Good healthy food made with local produce available here. About 15 mins walk, can get there via narrowways.
wonderful cozy and unusual cafe in a city farm near an eco village in the heart of bristol, worth a visit
situated amongst a mass of allotments, round the corner from the local self build housing community. A great cafe popular with young families, but good for all. Close to a lovely walk up a local view.
A cornerstone of Bristol's unique alternative culture, this odd little handmade hobbit house serves delicious brunches and lunches. It's an especially lovely place to go in spring and summer with kids playing in the little homemade adventure playground outside and you really get a sense of the…
A small city farm that's nice to get away to and then go to the Farm cafe for brakfast/lunch or The Farm pub for a pint after.
“Award-winning restaurant in converted houses offering open kitchen with small plates of beautifully cooked food. Great wine list. Record player playing 70's tunes. ”
“This is a brilliant Indian restaurant serving up tasty curries. They have an option to sit in or take-away in their tiffins! With a variety of craft beers available to wash it down, they have some great cooking techniques similar to ones used in India for true authentic taste Walking time - 10 minutes ”
“Loved by Bristolians, the Bristol Sweet Mart is an independently owned, cultural supermarket on St Mark’s Road. It’s been an Easton landmark since 1978, and its family-friendly service is some of the best in the city. Alongside staple ingredients and produce, there are over 1000 types of herbs on the shelves, fruit and vegetables from all over the world and a deli which sells freshly-made snacks, homemade curries and Indian sweets.”
“Lovely Punjabi restaurant run by a friendly local Bristol family. Freshly prepared food using organic and free-range ingredients. They even make their own pickles and sauces. Don't miss their amazing English breakfasts.”
