Turn right out of the courtyard gates and walk towards Mile End Road. Straight across the road you will see the Anchor Retail Park with ASDA and other stores.

Anchor Retail Park has a Halfords (stuff for bikes/cars), an Asda (supermarket) and a Curry's (electrical goods).
