Lovely wide long expanse of sand to walk along, with the town close by and it’s shops and restaurants. We often take our dog here… we all love it!

Bridlington south beach in East Yorkshire is by far the largest of the two beaches in Bridlington, although the north beach isn’t small by any means. It stretches for miles, although it is no longer Bridlington beach once you reach Fraisthorpe! South beach Bridlington is the more popular of the two beaches and even at high tide there’s still plenty of sandy beach for everyone. As well as public toilets just a short walk from the beach there’s even a paddling pool which is great fun for the kids. This is next to the beach chalets some of which are available to rent. Bridlington Spa is located at the top end of the beach where you can enjoy theatre and other events. Just a short walk from here is the harbour with pirate ship rides, speedboat and bird watching cruises. You are then just another short walk from the rides and amusements.
