Sublocality Level 1
Clifton is an area of Bristol that boasts Bristol zoo and has a great village feel. There are some great restaurants such as Fishers, The Giggaling Squid and Bosco pizzeria.
Clifton is definitely the most wealthy part of Bristol so if you fancy a trip down beautiful little streets with boutique shops, excellent cafes and restaurants (on the pricier side) then definitely find time to visit Clifton Village
Clifton is the area to go for stunning Georgian architecture, upmarket boutiques and lovely cafes. We recommend the White Lion pub for its terrace which has the best view of the Suspension Bridge in Bristol.
This is the fancy area of Bristol. Head to the village for boutique shopping, indulgent cafes and fancy bars.
“St Werburghs is a great little community nestled between the M32 motorway, railway embankments and allotment slopes. The City Farm provides a green oasis and adds pigs, goats, sheep, ducks, hens and rabbits to the list of St Werburghs residents. St Werburghs even has a couple of listed buildings – the climbing centre set within a Fifteenth century Church on Mina Road and one of Bristol’s most historic public urinals! The majority of properties in the area are two and three bedroom homes. Among the rows of these red brick terraced houses is a real feel of a ‘green village’ within the inner city. At the end of Mina Road you’ll find 2.1 acres of concrete slab that have been turned into a sustainable house-building project. If you are interested in architecture then you must visit this eco home haven. If you take a stroll further down Mina Road you will find a great little park and a community of local shops. While St Werburghs may not be the most well-known Bristol suburb, it is certainly one of the most cherished”
“Lovely Punjabi restaurant run by a friendly local Bristol family. Freshly prepared food using organic and free-range ingredients. They even make their own pickles and sauces. Don't miss their amazing English breakfasts.”
