Peruvian fusion cuisine, very elegant. Quite pricy but Worth it. If you can, get a spot at the super narrow bar counter, you will see the chef at work, quite Amazing! Drink Piscos and eat ceviche in many different variations. Don't miss the bathroom, you will understand why.
