You haven't been to Prescott until you've been to Mayas. You have to like "hole in the wall" mom and pop restaurants. They completely remodeled it during the Covid thing. The food is traditional Mexican and good. The prices are on the lower side. Enjoy!

BYOB to this tiny family run Mexican Restaurant with incredible food, homemade chips and salsa, and wonderful service. It is off the beaten path but still close to downtown. Definitely a locals favorite.
