This restaurant is great if you like Cuban food but also like to experiment with your food (as it is Cuban with Peruvian and Korean influences). My personal favorite items are the Mac and Cheese, the Tostones Topped With Vaca Frita, and the Grass Fed Oxtail in Merlot Reduction. This place can get pretty packed at night, so I would recommend going there either for lunch or for an early dinner (6pm) if you don't want to have a long waiting time.
