Through a monumental entrance gate built in the nineteenth century by the Roermond architect P. Cuypers (Rijksmuseum and Amsterdam Central Station), you enter a historic park that is unique in the Netherlands because of the completely intact original Renaissance style. \ You will find 2 hiking trails here, but also a nice route for cycling. Be sure to check out the farmer's shop where they sell their own harvest and so you can do local, organic and special groceries. You can also have a nice lunch and coffee here!
