I support the philosophy of this café that seasons should be reflected in one’s diet. They cook root vegetables in winter and wait patiently for the arrival of certain fruits come summer. This way, when you eat your first cherry or avocado—ooh la la! It is worth it. They have another outpost around the block where you can order drinks and to-go food. There is often a wait at the larger café, especially on the weekends, so this mini-Season is great for taking a meal or a juice to enjoy among nature at the nearby Square du Temple.
Their combo of avocado toast and açai is perfect for a sweet and salty breakfast!

“The name speaks for itself : a pretty little cafe in a vintage style with flowers on the ceiling and lovely shabby tiles on the floor in a quiet place not far from the busy rue du Temple. A huge variety of tea, hot chocolate and home made pastries + old vintage porcelaine like at your granny's. Our favorite place for a coffee or tea with friends. Moreover, the prices are reasonable.”
“In front of the Japanese Curry is the re-invented American cuisine. I'm not a huge fan but a lot of people love this place. ”
“Focus on meat and potatoes, steakhouse by the very talented Akrame Benallal, whose eponymous 2 Michelin starred restaurant is just across the street. As it seems that Akrame Bennallal knows how to get it right, this was some of the best steaks I’ve had in Paris. The lunch menu (starter, meat and dessert) comes at 35 euros. Per capita consumption: 40-60 € Address: 82 rue des Archives, 75003 Tel: +33 1 42 71 48 07 Http://www.ateliervivanda.com/paris-fr/#cartelink”
