At Ta Hien and Luong Ngoc Quyen, Old Quarter. This area is pastyculary popular with backpacker as they can enjoy the famouse BIA HOI (Vietnamese draft). This is great for drinking on a budget as well as experiencing the local culture. Open: 8pm-late.
