Easily the highest quality restaurant in Stillwater. Shobu Shobu, AKA Hot Pot dinner! Owner and run by a Japanse guy named Dean, who will come around and show you how to do it the right way, or at least make you laugh. A bit higher on the budget, but nothing too scary. DELICIOUS! Total hole-in-the-wall treasure. Must make reservation! Only open 6 PM to close.

This is one of my favorite places to go for dinner. It's served shabu-shabu style with simmering flavored broths in the middle of your table. You swish the meats and veggies in the broth and they cook in seconds. Fun experience and great food!
