The place to go for a free pool - just walk right in. But be warned, there are often a lot of kids around.

Beautiful outdoor pool bar area overlooking the pacific ocean with fire pits at night . Can go there for lunch or happy hour or stop by after one of the free concerts on the Pier in the Summer.

This is a hidden gem that only locals and guests of the hotel know about. Their pool lounge is one of the best places to watch a sunset. Also have a weekday happy hour 5-7pm. One of my favorite places

You don't have to stay at the Loews to get a comfy table overlooking the beach-- you just need to order some drinks (and maybe an appetizer). This is a great way to spend the afternoon getting sun by the beach because they've got glass walls that block the wind - comfortable chairs, and the food/drinks are good. It's rarely that crowded either.
