Our tour starts just in the heart of the city, we ́ll visit some historical – religious – cultural – and social, important and interesting places, well preserved through out years and centuries. We ́ll get into the city till its limits, we ́ll walk by the streets and visit some old slave markets. Later, we ́ll get into the Sugar Mills Valley to visit and see farms and sugar mill ruins, a living witness of the independence war against the spanish colonialism, you ́ll have the chance to take excellents photos of country landscapes, we ́ll make our own route and will talk about those used by the African slaves to run away from the sugar cane plantations. The first one is about 4.2km(2.6 miles) to get into the forest, where we ́ll take a rest for snacking. The 2nd part is about 2.1km(1.3 miles), having some stops to talk with the farmers, visit their houses and also to know their way of living at the mountains. We will see our national bird - Tocororo, besides another birds, reptiles, trees and flowers. Just at the end of the tour and for relaxing, we ́ll swin in a waterfall natural pools and we will come back in a very fabulous american car, of the fifties. Other things to note Our hiking experience has the characteristic of being an educational tour, with the possibility of knowing our customs, traditions, social situation and natural areas protected by our country.

We’ll walk from Plaza Mayor to the top of La Vigia Hill. From there you’ll have a beautiful and unforgettable view of Trinidad City, Sugar Mills Valley nearby, the mountains, and the Caribbean Sea. It will be an excellent opportunity to get away from town and get closer to nature. This is a chance to take great photos, exercise, and feel the history and culture of this small town from a different perspective. During the hike we will talk about the landscape and people of this city while we enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Other things to note Wear suitable clothes and shoes for hiking. I recommend bring insect repellent, kneepads, ankle pads, and a small bag or backpack for your belongings.

We will visit the historical center of the city of Trinidad starting from the point where the town was founded in 1514, we will visit historic buildings dating from the seventeenth to the nineteenth centuries, we will learn the history of the village in detail while we walk, its culture, art and religion. We will analyze architectural styles and construction techniques of the colonial period, methods and strategies of conservation and restoration put into practice both by the Cuban government and by owners of some of these valuable buildings that today are private homes, some of themes we can visit because their owners are my friends. We will visit the main art gallery of the city that occupies a state historical building, as well as other private (if you are interest) ones inside and outside the historical center, we will meet artists with an original work, disconnected from the touristic, commercial or souvenir market circuit, in their homes or private workshops not open to the public, as many are my colleagues and friends, we can share their experiences and talk about their work as we see them work.

First, some interesting facts about the culinary traditions of our island are explained, then we will explain the menu that we will develop in the class, then we will prepare it together and finally we will taste our preparations in an extraordinary Cuban Creole dinner. Other things to note It is an unforgettable experience.

Taxi will pick you in your accomodation, if you provide us in advance with your accomodation address, without extra pay if is in Trinidad city. We will go to the mountains knowed as Topes de Collantes relative near of Trinidad. During the travessy to our farm we will can stop in a lookout point, in some other interesting places.. We will talk about dreams, ideas, traditions, customs...but mainly about our way of maintaining the family tradition of coffee production. You will learn about coffee the way we do and you will help us in the different processes to get a good coffee at home, ofncourse dependind kn the time of the year you come. You will work, cook and learn all you want about Cuba and our way of doing things,Come you with a sac of positive energy, and enjoy peacefull, fresh air and the enviroment with us.

El paseo hacia la cascada, comienza en los límites de la ciudad de Trinidad, y es necesario atravesar todo el Valle de los Ingenios, caracterizado por una gran cantidad de ingenios azucareros que datan de los siglos XVIII y XIX. Es un recorrido lleno de bellos paisajes e interesante historia, así como de la cotidianidad del campesino lugareño, que preparan y ofrecen tragos como el guarapo, una bebida procedente de la caña de azúcar y el bien conocido café, el cual es preparado utilizando los métodos más tradicionales de la época. La cascada es, en sí misma, un refrescante paraíso, regalo de la naturaleza, para saciar el disfrute y relajación de los más exigentes. Luego, antes de finalizar el recorrido podremos disfrutar del almuerzo, platos exquisitos, excelentes muestras de la comida tradicional cubana. Es recomendado que los clientes hagan las reservaciones desde su país, ya que es muy difícil reservar estando en Cuba, debido a la conexión y el acceso al sitio web

Vamos a descrubir juntos, con tranquilos caballos los exuberantes paisajes naturales de Trinidad. Luego de ser recogidos en la ciudad en un coche de tracción animal, llegaremos a un sitio donde podrás dirigir con tus manos las riendas de tu caballo, el cual va a ser tu mejor aliado las próximas 5 horas de duración de la excursión, luego de 2 horas de senderismo en medio de la exuberante vegetación de las montañas trinitarias, llegaremos a una piscina natural donde podrás disfrutar de aproximadamente 1 hora de baño, al regreso nos detendremos en una típica casa de guajiro(campesino) cubano, donde podrás conocer mas sobre su estilo de vida y degustar un plato de la cocina criolla cubana, conocer más de cerca la preparación típica del café de campo y hasta fumar un purito (tabaco) cubano, uno de los mejores del mundo. Después de ese tiempo regresamos a la ciudad. La bebida, no esta incluida en la excursión, te recomendamos llevar algo de agua para lograr una buena hidratación. Otros aspectos destacables Debes traer ropa adecuada para andar en el campo, incluyendo calzado, si tienes repelente contra inceptos te recomendamos que lo pongas en tu valija, y por supuesto, no puede faltar ropa de baño.

Nos encontramos en el Rincon de la Salsa, Trinad Cuba, a las 09:30pm. En caso de usted no saber este lugar, me enviaría su dirección y un instructor puede recogerle. En esta lugar nos quedaremos 2 horas y usted estará escuchando, bailando y dialogando con su instructor acerca de los ricos ritmos cubanos (el Son, el Casino ya llamado Salsa, el Chà Chà Chà, la Timba etc.). Les recomiendo el Rincon de la Salsa, ya que es un lugar típico, autentico y tradicional de Trinidad. Es un lugar fresco, donde apreciaremos un grupo de música en vivo 100% cubano. En este paquete les incluimos la entrada del lugar, una bebida y su instructor de baile. Queremos que usted pueda disfrutar del sabor y la vida trinitaria nocturna. Terminadas las dos horas, tendríamos un baile y una foto como recuerdo y esperamos que su visita se repite. Otros aspectos destacables Esta es una experiencia para todos los niveles. Es para mujeres y hombres acompañados de mi, pero si son hombres también tengo profesoras profesionales que pueden acompañarles y disfrutar de los distintos géneros de música y bailes cubanos, allí nos adentraremos a las tradiciones y vida nocturna

En mi experiencia estaremos visitando varios lugares de interés histórico y cultural, interactuaremos con personas locales y con una mezcla de historia y tradición nos lanzaremos hacia la cotidianidad de quienes pueblan la añeja Villa de Trinidad de Cuba. En un recorrido atípico en el tiempo, comenzaremos por el centro de la ciudad, más cercano a nuestros días, para luego andar las calles y adentrarnos cada vez más en el paisaje urbano, su arquitectura, sus costumbres, su cultura, museos, su comida, la religión afrocubana y el día a día del trinitario. Más allá de todo esto, no faltará la recomendación de los centros nocturnos más visitados para los diferentes gustos e intereses. Visitaremos también el Café de su elección, para degustar de una bebida tradicional, que puede ser en mitad del recorrido o al finalizar.

Desde conocer escenarios típicos de la villa; así como de la sociedad. Hasta visitar El Valle de los Ingenios, que fue capaz de soportar el boom azucarero y brindar las ganancias necesarias para edificar y construir cada elemento de la ciudad. Así como las bellas casas haciendas en las plantaciones Azucareras y disfrutando de tradiciones de la época como el jugo de la caña de azúcar, el café Cimarrón, típico del lugar. Otros aspectos destacables. Excelente almuerzo, típico campesino. Con ingredientes cosechados por sus propias manos y el exclusivo sabor de la gastronomía cubana. We will know the Santander family, heirs of a long tradition of pottery, where we will have fun creating a piece of pottery, guided by a master. Le ofrezco la experiencia de conocer Santa Clara desde un punto de vista diferente. Conocerá cercanamente el folclore y las costumbres de Santa Clara y su gente mediante un recorrido por lugares de interés. Puntos históricos más explicación profunda desde mis conocimientos por el estudio de la historia y los testimonios de quienes han visto esta ciudad ser vanguardia en las artes, la historia, la lucha por los derechos de la comunidad LGBTIQ+, el derecho animal, la diferentes vertientes religiosas, el apoyo a la ciencia y la técnica del país, y el desarrollo de emprendimientos de carácter privado en una isla bloqueada económicamente por más de 60 años. El recorrido es mayormente caminando ya que Santa Clara es una ciudad pequeña. Los sitios a visitar se arreglan y se coordinan al momento de contactar conmigo. Este tour incluye una botella de agua y un cóctel, jugo natural o café en negocios privados dependiendo de su preferencia. Realizaremos un recorrido en bicicleta (opción en auto deberán pagar 15 euros cash extra) por los diferentes sitios históricos de la ciudad, lo que estará acompañado con una narrativa por parte del anfitrión, que les ayudará a revivir lo sucedido e imaginarse como eran y funcionaban los sitios a visitar en aquellos momentos de revolución. Estos sitios son donde se libraron las principales batallas en la liberación de Santa Clara. Exploraremos museos relacionados con estos sucesos, la figura del Che y sus compañeros de Batalla. Haremos una interesante parada en un bar-museo donde degustaremos un mojito criollo. Visitaremos el mausoleo, lugar donde descansan los restos del Che, el museo Ernesto Guevara, la Plaza de la Revolución, el museo del Tren Blindado, la estatua del Che y la Loma del Capiro, punto más alto de la ciudad donde disfrutaremos de una impresionante vista panorámica de Santa Clara.

Inicialmente haremos una introducción sobre las tradiciones cocteleras cubanas, sobre la historia y el surgimiento de los cocteles. Les enseñare como preparar los cocteles paso por paso y luego pondrán en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos preparando sus propios cocteles. Prepararemos deliciosos Mojitos, Cuba Libre, el coctel trinitario llamado canchánchara propio de nuestra ciudad y el espléndido Trinidad Colonial que es muy bello por sus colores y delicioso a la vez.

El inicio o salida de la actividad se realizará a las 10 am desde la puerta de mi casa. El recorrido es de aproximadamente de 6 kms hasta la zona de baño y un total de 12 kms total el recorrido. El trayecto es a caballo o calesa y consiste en visitar varios lugares con actividades específicas en cada uno de ellos. Primero visitarán el Valle de los Ingenios, Posteriormente visitarán la casa del café, Los clientes que desean fumar tabaco cubano, son obsequiados con un ejemplar gratuitamente. A continuación podrán disfrutar de un baño en la Cascada del Pilón, el cual contiene tibias y cristalinas aguas que salen de manantiales cercanos. En este lugar existen bares donde pueden degustar cócteles típicos cubanos, tragos de ron y otras bebidas refrescantes por un precio adicional. Cuando los clientes terminan de bañarse, continúa el recorrido hacia el restaurante cercano donde podrán disfrutar de un esquisito almuerzo cubano cuyas ofertas son incluidas en el precio

Después de encontrarnos en nuestro estudio de baile en el centro de Trinidad vamos a empezar la clase con un calentamiento para relajar nuestros cuerpos y conocer los movimientos básicos de nuestros hombros y las caderas por el curso de baile. Van a aprender el ritmo de Salsa y la Rumba con la ayuda de unos instrumentos Cubanos para entender y sentir la música. Organizamos las clases según tu nivel, tus necesidades y deseos y la adaptamos a tu posibilidades. Dependiendo de tu nivel, te enseñamos los pasos básicos con tu primer vuelta o si bailas ya puedes aprender nuevas figuras, pequeñas coreografías o trabajamos en tu estilo y sabor Cubano. Después de una hora hacemos una pausita y ofrecemos una agua fría o un refresco. Después de la clase estamos felices de responder a tus preguntas y te ayudamos a encontrar el lugar perfecto para practicar lo que has aprendido con nosotros en Trinidad.
