Best Ice Cream in town! The food is also great, and all the deserts. I recommend the trio burger, and any pizza, they are all fantastic!

It`s close to the apartment, and you find everything there in a pleasant ambiance. If you are visiting from outside Romania, maybe check the electronics stores there, as they might have better prices than your home country.
Also, if you want to see a movie there is a cinema area.
