Fantastic French food in a bistro style setting. Great value for money. Only 20 mins from Menton. Combine lunch/dinner with a visit of the village of La Turbie which has amazing views over Monaco.

The tiny village of Gorbio is off the usual tourist trail and a nice break way from the coast. Beautiful restaurant with great French food, perfect for a balmy summer evening dinner on the terrasse.

This has a similar menu to Vecchio Forno but it is a little fancier in presentation and style (just downstairs from the apartment, down the church steps and it’s the first restaurant on the right).

This is a wonderfully authentic local Italian restaurant. Very cheap and cheerful! Delicious grilled meats, pizzas and focaccias. Not at all fancy but extremely friendly and delicious food.
