Not sure why this ' Smith House Restaurant' sign shows up for Serafini, but the actual Serafini restaurant is one not to be missed if you are looking for an elegant night out with good food and nice ambiance and a beautiful view of the Old State Capital

A bit of a loud 'dive bar' if your looking for a late night place to shoot darts and pool and listen to live bands on the weekend. A little rough and so not our personal favorite, but to each his own. Drinks are reasonably priced.
