Visitors can purchase tickets and get a closeup view of the tower's spire, digital displays and exhibit of the tower's history, as well as an amazing view of KL city's skyline. Do note that operation hours are from Tuesdays to Sundays.

National Museum is located near the southern tip of the Lake Gardens, past the National Art Gallery. An excellent introduction to Malaysia’s history, economy, geography, arts, crafts and culture, it overlooks Jalan Damansara and was built in 1963 with its displays spread out onto three floors. The National Museum has several guided tours that take place throughout the week. It is one of the better ways to explore the museum as they are very informative and free. To get there, head to KL Sentral station. From there, switch to KTM (another rail operator), and get off at Batu Caves station. Batu Caves should be right across the road.
