Just a few blocks away in downtown Springfield, The Washburne Cafe has the best coffee in Springfield in my opinion (and I'm picky about my coffee!). This shop was purchased by longtime friends a few years ago and they've done a marvelous job updating the atmosphere and improving the coffee and food offerings. Their Ethiopian daily drip is exotic and delicious, and the Pork Baguette sandwich is mouthwatering bliss--my favorite lunch in all of Eugene and Springfield.

This shop was purchased by longtime friends a few years ago and they've done a marvelous job updating the atmosphere and improving the coffee and food offerings. Their Ethiopian daily drip is exotic and delicious, and the Pork Baguette sandwich is mouthwatering bliss--my favorite lunch in all of Eugene and Springfield.
