Walking to The Balconies is an easy 700m from the top of Eric Street, and from here the views of the rugged coast are breathtaking. You can continue about 3km along the raised track to reach Wedding Cake Rock and a further 1.4 km to reach Little Marlkey Beach - this is one of our favourite local walks.

Walking to Little Marley Beach is an easy section of the Coast Track. The path is well constructed and you pass The Water Run and Wedding Cake Rock and along the way the views of the coast are breathtaking. It is 4.4km each way, so take a drink and a snack and it is a great way to enjoy the local coastline. It should take 2-2.5 hours return with a few stops along the way. It gets busy with day visitors, so we like to head out early and be back for lunch.
