This is one of my favourite places. Excellent service, great wine selection, the menu is good. Usually live piano or jazz. Great Gatsby-ish feel. No dress code, and you always feel better when you leave. They do a killer Sunday brunch, too.

Lots of shops and restaurants. Boat tours, live performers. The parks are lovely. The river walk goes from the Forks to the Legislature Building. it's nice to wander back home with a coffee and enjoy the river and ducks.
