If you would like to try a Cebu (local) delicacy, try the lechon (roasted pig) here. My family and I always drop by here when we are in town. Try the original classic recipe and also the Lechon flakes. Ask the staff to mix up some dipping sauces for you to go well the lechon. Oh! and this place is like 5 mins walk from our place.

They serve good barista coffee. It's also open 24 hours.
There's another coffee shop next to Horizon 101 and they close quite late (2-3am)

I would recommend trying the Ensaymada (both original and my favourite ube ensaymada). Its a Filipino style brioche.

Bread Talk
Bohol AvenueSeriously good bread. Try the Raisin loaf bread or just the butter loaf bread.
This is a classic old Cebu Restaurant which serves local Filipino food. It less crowded than the usual restaurants located in the Malls. Sometimes, they have a blind musician band that provides dinner entertainment.

Essentials
The grocery store here is pretty decent. Medium size. They would have all your essentials. This mall also has a hardware store, bakery, department store, fast food, coffee shop, travel centre/agency, telecom/mobile shops, hair salon, nail shop, stationery shop, and food court.
SM Cebu City or SM Seaside (both malls) would have a larger grocery store that have more range and brands.

Robinsons Mall
Fuente Osmeña CircleThe grocery store here is pretty decent. Medium size. They would have all your essentials. This mall also has a hardware store, bakery, department store, fast food, coffee shop, travel centre/agency, telecom/mobile shops, hair salon, nail shop, stationery shop, and food court.
SM Cebu City or SM Seaside (both malls) would have a larger grocery store that have more range and brands.
Laundry. They offer both DIY and In-house service. They charge by weight (7kgs, Oct 2018) I would recommend dropping in first thing when they open (when they are not busy) so you can pick it up on the same day. There is an extra charge for fabric softener.
Another place I would recommend is the Wash & Dry (Ayala Mall - Rustan's Basement). If you are going to be in the area, then it would be easier to pick it up and take it with you on the taxi on your way back.

(2018 Oct) The provide a free bus to and from the mall (pick up/ drop off at Fuente Circle)
