This small warehouse is known for some typical Dutch foods, like the tompouce (crunchy puff pastry with pudding and glazing) and rookworst (smoked sausage), but they also sell good quality cheap breakfasts in the morning. You can get this in their restaurant. Great for low budget travelers!

The Agora theatre usually offers a great program in plays, musicals, dance recitals etc, but I love catching a movie there in the big Theatre hall ("de Grote Zaal"). It's an amazing looking hall with great seats

Parks & Nature
Offers both long and short routes to walk. You'll always past the animal enclosures, but it's not like a zoo. The animals have large areas to live in, so you still need to do your animal spotting. Also has a great place to lunch or have a coffee.

Community park with a pick-your-fruit-garden, a swap-garden (swap a plant for another), but mostly beautiful views of willow trees on the water side. The water is great for fishing. It neighbors a children's farm and playground on one side and it's right near a small shopping centre on the other.
