Goo for an amazing pizza experience, but only on Tuesday! Set on a farm outside Stockholm, A-Z is the original farm pizza place. They serve wine & beer (BYOB is not permitted) in WI, which is surprising considering you can drink the street in most WI towns & cities.

Lark Toys is in Kellogg, MN which is 5 miles down river from Wabasha. There is a spectacular carouse with hand carved horses and other animals. This is a great place for kids with more to do than shop for wooded toys and ride the carousel.

Lake City is about 5 miles up-river from Maple Springs. Most everything you need can be purchased in Lake City, except alcoholic beverages on Sunday. If you find yourself out of beer just go to Nelson, WI. Wisconsin sells liquor on Sundays and the rest of the week too. The Cheese Factory in Nelson is a great place for cheese, wine and other food items. they have a wonderful tasting room that serves sandwiches, wine, beer and cheese (or course).
