Nice walks around the lake. One can barbeque by the lake as well. Lots of birds at the lake. There is two Birdwatcher towers too. During a winter one can walk on ice.

This is maybe one of the most favourate place to visit in Turku.
It takes easily 2h to go through. Remember that there is guided recordings available to help you to get more out of it if you don’t sign in to guided groups. Very good history about Turku under Sweden power.
