Start at Bjerghuse Parking lot. If the wind is from the North - start walking south and vice versa. The rute takes you along the north sea, then through the dune-heide, then through a forest. Take evt. a breake at Fjand Gårdbutik - Café - for lunch. Continue directly from there north over down to Nissum Fjord - a little harbor called Helmklink Harbor. Talk with the fisher, if he is in you may be lucky to buy fish from him.
There are toilets (WC) at Spisbjerg Strand, Fjand Café, and Helmklink Harbor.
