Protected, shallow water beach area typically for young children. But makes for a nice beach to take a dip when you want something in town. Access by walking from the Kona Aquatic Center, crossing the soccer field and using the beach access path.

Green sand beach - not easy to access. Very windy and not a comfortable place to spend the day. The unique green sand is the only cool thing about it. If you do decide to go, then make sure you stop at the cliffs at South Point which is nearby.
