This is a super casual place just on the outskirts of downtown Nevada City. It’s convenient to our home and it has an extensive menu from burgers and pizza, seafood, pasta, hot and cold sandwiches, steaks, excellent salads and fries.

10791 E Empire StWe take our dog here for walks. It’s a gorgeous lake. Take S. Shore Drive to the East end of the lake and you will come to a dead end where you can park and walk the trails into Donner Memorial State Park. There are also public beaches on both ends of the lake.

Parking in Nevada City
I used to work at the courthouse in Nevada City and most days I was able to find a parking spot on Pine Street in front of the veteran’s building. There is also a public parking lot accessible from behind the veterans building off of Cottage Street.
