To come by underground:
In the airport there's a underground station.
You will be in red line. You must take the train and Go until “Alameda station”. When you're there, you must change to Green line and Go until “baixa-chiado station”.
When you arrive there, you must take the "rua do crucifixo" exit and walk ahead until a lifter called "elevador do castelo".
This lifter brings you almost here. You will have to walk just around 200m.
But the lifter closes on 9 p.m. and coming by underground you must take around 40 minutes.
The underground costs 1,45/person, the lifter is Free
