A visit to Ft. Worth is not complete without experiencing Joe T's and the stockyards. Beautiful outdoor patio, and great margaritas. Be careful, they are stronger than most. Order a dinner with nachos.

Joe T's has been there since the 1930's - while family owned by several generations - they have been serving generations of Ft. Worth families all these years.

With TCU, University Christian Church, University Baptist Church, Colonial Country Club and the Zoo as neighbors, there's never a dull moment yet we are able to maintain a great quality of life for our families. University West is one of the hottest real estate markets in Ft. Worth. With its proximity to Downtown, shopping, easy access to freeways - I think it's the best neighborhood in town!!!
