I absolutely recommend this place for your visit to Reno! They do super delicious Japanese Fusion food and everything I have tried has been amazing. It can get a little busy so I would suggest making a reservation if you want to go here. I will also say that because there is an open kitchen and music playing, it can get LOUD in here. If you don't mind some noise while you eat, definitely check it out, otherwise this may not be a suitable option for you.

A short drive from the airbnb, Perenn at Rancharrah is great brunch spot serving breakfast/brunch items as well as stocking freshly baked breads and pastries. I may be out of line here and not biased in saying that their pastries are better than most I have had in Europe! There can be a line but don't let that deter you as it does move fairly quickly and the food doesn't take long to come out.
