For bakeries: Tesco and Village Grocer both has freshly-baked basic bread, buns, and baguette.
For something more, there are a few bakeries near MRT Surian that I frequent: Hokkaido Pastry (4 mins walk) and Donutes (6 mins walk).
IKEA Damansara and cafeteria, can get crowded on weekends. Known for meatballs, but the curry puffs from the bistro are great too. Walk from MRT Mutiara Damansara via the connected walkway. (Ask me for direction as it can be confusing)

Closest laundry place, 8 minutes walk but can feel like a long walk if the weather's hot! I recommend taking a grab there.
Alternatively, do your laundry near MRT Surian so you can walk around Sunway Giza while you wait. The laundry there is Time2Wash.
