Windsor Castle & local eateries
So many cafes surround Windsor Castle you'll be spoiled for choice. The Two Brewers at the top of the Long Walk by the castle is the best authentic English pub for a decent beer & snack!
Sit outside down by the river at Browns, The Boatman, The George or Cote Brasserie for lunch perhaps.
Take a boat out for half an hour and see the castle from the river.
Wander down to Windsor Racecourse Marina to Go-Gos for some sundowners later in the afternoon.
If you like a good farm shop then look no further than the Royal Windsor Shop, 5 mins drive from the flat, 20 mins walk. Windsor farm shop has wonderful fresh food from the Royal parkland and beyond. There is a cafe onsite too!

Great little inn on the Eton side of the bridge. Good ales & food too. The George is also a small hotel with lots of outside space and must stop off point if you are strolling around Eton.

Great for a take away, only a mile or so from the flat, they deliver free of charge to the flat and the curries are excellent. The Shorisha and the Naga are my favourite hot ones.
