Sightseeing
The Daintree village has crock tours daily and
the ferry takes only a few mins.
It is a magnificent drive north through the rainforest.
Mt Alexander has a magnificent lookout where you can see Snapper Island and down the coast.
Cow Bay is a beautiful flat beach to enjoy a walk.
Thorntons Beach you can have lunch and drinks,, and another beautiful beach walk.
And see Cassowarys .
The drive north is breath takeing and the road is an easy drive.
You will pass the rainforest ice cream factory, where they grow exotic fruits to make there own ice cream and it is set in a beautiful garden.
A must see stop.
There are Board walks amongst the rainforest and mangroves, well worth a vist too.
Masons water hole is a place where you can swim and get lunch .
Croc burgers a speciality.
At Cape Tribulation there is lovey beach and a good board walk to a lookout , a car park and Toilets .

Always check before swimming in the ocean .
Always check that beaches are safe to swim at. Being so close to the Daintree River, there are stingers and Crocks around.
