Pretty decent Thai food within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Plenty of parking. Service is quite slow on Fridays and Saturdays though. Otherwise it's very fast.

High end grocery store with fresh produce, huge selection of wine / beer. Not great for everyday essentials like toothpaste etc. as they only have the expensive brands you've never heard of stocked there much the same as Whole Foods. Less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
